COFFEE NEGRONI
INGREDIENTS
Gin
Sweet vermouth
Campari
filter coffee rock (Use delicate coffee like Finca La Estancia)
METHOD
Place coffee rock in low ball glass
add 30ml of Gin
add 30ml of sweet vermouth
add 30ml of Campari
Stir with a bar spoon and garnish with a small squeeze of orange juice and an orange twist.
