Wild At Heart is named after the famous movie – head roaster Anthony's favourite of all time – and is a 19grams classic. We use this roast as the House Espresso in our cafés because it allows us to offer you the perfect espresso and serve a balanced cappuccino.
The coffee is a blend of the Castillo and Colombia varieties, grown in Palermo in Huila, Colombia. The beans come together from different micro-farmers, at altitudes of 1,600 - 2,000 m. The beans are washed and then fermented in the traditional way. The coffee cherries are fermented for 12-18 hours, then for a further 24-50 hours in a closed tank.
After the beans are separated from the pulp, they are mechanically dried, meaning the beans are dried very evenly. The profile of the coffee in the cup is clear but intense, with notes of caramel, chocolate and strawberries. The perfect espresso!

Bloody Good Classic Espresso
Also known as a bean-to-cup, fully automatic machines are a reliable and consistent way of brewing coffee. Because the contact time between the water and the coffee grounds is very short, many specialty coffees with a lighter roast profile yield poor results in a bean-to-cup. Our classic roasts have a slightly darker profile, making them ideal for a fully automated brew, but also for any other espresso-based brewer.
Third Wave Water
To ensure that your fully automatic machine will give you many years of good service, treat it well and do not use tap water. We recommend dissolving Third Wave Water minerals in water with a low mineral content and adding it to the water tank.
This way, the machine will calcify less quickly and you'll enjoy your coffee even more.
