HERE COMES YOUR PERFECT MATCH FOR WINTER!

Juicy, sweet Elisen gingerbread from Pfeffer&Frost made according to a traditional recipe - (optionally) vegan improved - meet a Colombian bean that you can only swipe right. For your cosy Advent afternoon with Family&Friends, fine Elisen gingerbread comes with sustainable coffee: velvety chocolate and orange notes ensure delicious harmony between coffee and pastry - the perfect rendezvous.

Hardly a day goes by without a cup of coffee. For many, it has become a natural companion. But there are so many special things about coffee that we can celebrate.

For your comfy Advent afternoon with friends or family, we have combined our fine Elisen gingerbread with a light filter coffee: The velvety chocolate and orange notes of coffee and Christmas biscuits harmonise in a magical way, making this winter rendezvous a special moment.

Even the cultivation of the single origin coffee is special in terms of craftsmanship: only fully ripe cherries are harvested by hand at the beginning of the local coffee season in September on the land of Finca Morelia. After 36 hours in a water bath and 48 hours of fermentation in a water tank, they are then allowed to dry in the Colombian sun for 25 days. Unlike other coffees, these beans then change hands at a fair price that sustainably supports the country and its people, and once they arrive in Germany, they are roasted just as carefully by 19grams.

So that all the leisure and skill of our craftsmen can also unfold in your cup, we recommend brewing in the V60, for example. You can find more brew guides here.

    Choose your grind

If you don't have a grinder at home, we'll happily grind your coffee to your specifications. Just select your brewing method above or order whole beans.

Find the right grind. You can get the most out of your coffee by grinding your beans just before brewing. Take a look at the equipment selection if you are interested in a grinder.

You can also select a grind level in each product if you want us to grind the beans for you. We use a Mahlkönig EK43 for this.

Frenchpress and Aeropress are ground on the same setting.

    About the farm

    Bloody Good Coffee

    - SINCE 2002

    Bloody Good Filter

Coffee is a fruit which is naturally acidic and contains many sugars. We roast our filter coffees to bring out this acidity and develop the natural sweetness.

In developing a profile for a filter roast, our roasting team takes a light-handed approach, roasting much more gently than in an espresso roast. Here, the aim is to respect and highlight the natural flavours of the coffee itself, and to let its terroir shine through.
