WE GOT ROASTED
Dear Friends of 19grams Specialty Coffee Roasters,
as most of you might have experienced in your life sometimes the shit hits the fan so hard that you have to just sit back and breathe. Yesterday, we received the devastating news that the building in France, where we have stored our website and our customer data has burnt down. This means we - within a minute - have lost what kept us alive during the Corona crisis, where our cafés had to shut down and our gastronomy partners are facing the same challenge.
After some hours of thinking of what we can do we decided to get our shit together and not give up, but come back with a better, more user friendly, more entertaining and more information sharing site. This obviously will take time and as I am writing this to you all people here are working on a solution.
Meanwhile we have created a skeleton version of our online shop for those who want to support us and those who still want to get bloody good coffee delivered to their doorsteps. Of course the new site is full of flaws and it is not the experience we would like to provide, but it is there and it is functional.
It would be of great help if you could share this information and the link to our "new" website in order to help us to stay in business and to produce what we love most: Bloody Good Coffee.
Please see attached the link to the new shop and some pictures of the fire.
Thank you so much for your help and we promise that we won't give up and we won't forget your help.
All the best, stay safe and healthy,
Gerrit & the 19grams Team
