40 g gin
80 g Cold Brew
160 g tonic water
8 large ice cubes
Garnish: 1 lemon slice

First put the ice cubes in a glass. Pour the gin over it and then add the Cold Brew. Garnish the glass with a piece of lemon.
You can also use "normal" brewed coffee that has been put in the fridge for a few hours.
