Your Role with Us
As a Shop Manager (m/f/d) at 19grams Alex & 19grams Boxi, you are the heart of our café. You love interacting with people and contributing to the success of our team. In your role, you are responsible for ensuring smooth operations and making sure our customers feel completely at home in the café.

Your Responsibilities

- Creating staff schedules.
- Planning and executing small events in the café.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and handling of customer feedback.
- Training and supervising staff to ensure that all team members work effectively and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory management: monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing supplier relationships.
- Compliance with hygiene regulations: ensuring that the restaurant/café meets all legal standards and regulations for food safety and hygiene.

Your Profile

- Possession of a valid red card.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.

ENTHUSIASM: For top quality in coffee.

SKILLS: Organizational talent, timing - you can organize yourself and work very independently.

PERSONALITY: Enthusiastic, open, structured, and reliable.

TEAM PLAYER: With the ability to work and think independently.
