Logistics and Warehouse Manager (m/w/d)

19grams is a specialty coffee brand from Berlin that was founded in 2002. We are dedicated to international premium coffees and live coffee in all its facets. With our 19grams cafés, the trade of coffee for companies and the online sale of specialty coffee, we are broadly positioned. We are a young, international team, with employees from over 20 countries and we are passionate about making our brand bigger and more successful.

19grams is looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Manager to join our team to start immediately. The position is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.



Your responsibilities:

Delivers high quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner as this continues to build and maintain our customer relationships.
Reviews and verifies invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy.
Checks delivery vehicles and ensures safety during loading and unloading.
Communicates with wholesale team to confirm delivery details.
Determines placement of goods, follows safety and lifting protocols during deliveries and performs safety checks.
Maintains delivery logs and records.
Maintains warehouses and manages stocks.
Conducts regular stocktakes and communicates with purchasing managers.


Qualifications/Skills:

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Good oral and written communication in English and German.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Familiarity with local streets, neighbourhoods and routes
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively in a team




Your profile

Education, experience and licensing requirements:

All papers required for employment in Germany, including registration certificate, health insurance, visa, etc.

Valid German driving licence

Experience in the coffee industry and basic car maintenance are an advantage, but not required



COMMITMENT: For top quality coffee.



SKILLS: Organisational skills, timing - you can organise yourself and work very independently.
