This project has belonged to the Mierisch family for 5 years and is managed by Eleane Mierisch. She has worked hard with her whole team and given her best to overcome all the difficulties of the last time and they have repeated the excellent work they did in Nicaragua with great results. Attention to small details is their way to success. This is the way they work to promote the quality of their coffees, from seed to cup, optimal harvesting, quality controls in the drying process, all these are part of the details that are always taken into account to get the best results in quality.
Finca Santa Lucia is blessed by its soil and microclimate. No wonder then that Honduras has excellent coffees and great potential in the quality markets!
