This lot comes from Chelbesa, the largest coffee growing area in Gedeb Woreda, Ethiopia, with a total area of 1,240 hectares of coffee farms. Danche is the name of the organically certified washing plant in Chelbesa, under the management of Girum Assefa. He carefully takes care of the management of the plant and the processing of these coffees.
