Professional Barista Training

This course is the best course for you to do to help you get the most out of your espresso machine. Improving your espressos, milk steaming and maintenance of your equipment.

About this experience

This workshop is designed to be an introduction into the world of specialty coffee.

On completion of the workshop participants will have gained a good knowledge covering different growing regions to aid decision-making when purchasing coffee beans, develop a palate to differ between desirable and undesirable tastes in an espresso, learn to build a recipe through learning how to correctly set the grinder, tamp, and extract coffee to produce a deliciously balanced espresso, steam milk with an incredibly silky and smooth texture, ready for latte art, and lastly how to clean and maintain their equipment.

This is the perfect class for people wanting to get into coffee, or are interested in the art of producing a perfectly extracted espresso. Our barista course is organised in a smaller group, to focus on the individual needs of the
trainees as the level of experience can differ.
