We are excited to introduce John, our newest addition to the Trainer Team. He will be sharing his expertise in Espresso and Latte Art during our Barista Training sessions.Originally from Australia, John has made Specialty Coffee his profession since 2019 when he joined the vibrant Berlin Specialty Coffee Scene. He quickly rose through the ranks and became the Shop Manager at our Café in Chausseestrasse after joining the 19grams Crew in 2021. He also briefly managed our Schlesi Café before transitioning to a Trainer role.During his Latte Art Class, John will unveil the secrets to creating stunning latte art and guide you to become a pro in this craft. In addition, he will teach you everything you need to know about perfectly pulled Espresso in our Barista Class.
