The Aerocano. This is a foamed Iced Americano or Fake Nitro Coffee.
Here's how we do it: we brew a double espresso on ice, add a good sip of cold water, and froth it all up with the steam lance for a few seconds until the color is noticeably lighter and the mixture is about room temperature. The result, poured over ice, is almost indistinguishable from a creamy Nitro Cold Brew, except for the fact that the coffee is fresh. So creamy and so refreshing!
