Tero | Coffee varieties

Tero is the village in Oromia where the Dimtu Tero farm has most of its growing and processing operations. The Tero variety is an heirloom that stems from this very village, which Getachew and team have managed to isolate and produce as a single variety coffee, an ultra-rare achievement in Ethiopian coffee.

The coffee has a pleasant zing that reminds us of citrus, tasting like mandarine and bergamot. This bite is balanced out with a beautifully refined vanilla sweetness, resulting in a balanced coffee that is at once excitingly bright and pleasantly sweet.
