Tero is a village in Oromia, here most of the coffees of Dimtu Tero Farm are grown and processed. The Tero variety is an almost historical variety in the village, it grew specifically here. Getachew and his team have managed to isolate the variety and produce it as a varietal lot - an extremely rare feat in Ethiopian coffee.
The coffee has a pleasant acidity reminiscent of citrus, tasting of tangerine and bergamot. This bite is balanced by a wonderfully refined vanilla sweetness. In the cup, the coffee is balanced, at the same time excitingly bright and pleasantly sweet.
