Mansiey | Coffee varieties

Mansiey is a variety that stems from one of the villages surrounding the Dimtu Tero HQ, where outgrowers produce coffees that are sent to Getachew and his team for processing. Another local heirloom variety stemming from an ancient mother tree, the careful approach to processing and tracing has enabled this single variety Ethiopian coffee, showing why the Dimtu Tero farm is a leader in coffee in the region.

The Mansiey coffee has a richer profile than its Tero neighbour, with a caramelised sweetness that tastes like toffee. The fruity notes, while light, lean towards the richer side too, tasting super juicy with flavours of white peaches and oranges.
