Mansiey is a variety that comes from one of the villages surrounding the Dimtu Tero farm, where outgrowers produce coffee that is sent to farm owner Getachew and his team to be processed. Another local variety grown specifically here. The variety has evolved from a single "mother tree" - a natural mutation of the region. The careful approach to processing and tracing - that Getachew takes - has made this single varietal Ethiopian coffee possible and shows why Dimtu Tero Farm is a leader in coffee in the region.

Mansiey coffee has a richer profile than its Tero cousin, with a caramelized sweetness that tastes like toffee. The fruity notes, while light, are also more intense, tasting very juicy with notes of peaches and oranges.
