Single Origin means, as the name suggests, that these are not blended coffees from different growing regions, but coffees that have been sourced from a targeted farm or washing station. Since washing stations work with specific regions, the coffee has a very similar taste because the terroir is the same.
What is also special about Single Origin coffees is that they are roasted to a lesser degree and thus exhibit very individual flavor notes.
