Semi-dry preparation

In this processing method, the bean is separated from the pulp in a similar way to wet processing, but it is then spread out in the air to dry rather than placed in a basin of water. There are different approaches to determining how much pulp remains on the kernel. Unsurprisingly, the taste of this semi-dry preparation lies between that of wet and dry preparation.
