Finca Corahe has a long history. The coffee has been grown and processed with great passion for many, many years. The finca is always passed on to the next generation. It all started with the Italian great-great-grandparents of the current owner Rigoberto Cordova Arroyo. They settled in the Veracruz countryside in the nineteenth century and stayed. From that moment on, growing coffee was in the family's blood.
Finca Corahe is also very socially engaged and committed to employing women. For example, they are responsible for quality control, removing unripe grains, leaves, stones, etc. In the last phase, the green phase, they also carry out a manual selection, guaranteeing high quality in the cleaning of each batch
