Weigh 36g of coffee
Grind on a medium-fine grind size
Dose 35g of ground coffee through your coffee grinder
Fold filter paper
Grind on a medium-fine grind size

Rinse into a separate vessel
Weigh out 200g of ice in the vessel you will be brewing the V60 into.
Place V60 onto vessel containing 200g of ice
Add 35g of ground coffee
Pour 70g of 88°C filtered water starting in the center of the coffee bed and slowly drawing a spiral outwards. If you reach the edge pour your spiral inwardly, you want to draw a very, very fine spiral.
Leave to bloom for 45 seconds
Slowly pour 230g of filtered water starting in the center of the coffee bed and slowly drawing a spiral outwards. If you reach the edge pour your spiral inwardly, you want to draw a very, very fine spiral.
Add 35g of ground coffee
Pour 70g of 88°C filtered water starting in the center of the coffee bed and slowly drawing a spiral outwards. If you reach the edge pour your spiral inwardly, you want to draw a very, very fine spiral.
Leave to bloom for 45 seconds
