- Coffee weight - 35g⁣
- Grind size - Medium⁣⁣/Fine (slightly finer)⁣
- Brew water - 300g⁣
- Ice - 200g⁣
- Brew time - 2:00-2:20⁣
- Temp: 88°C⁣⁣

How to brew step by step:⁣⁣

Weigh 36g of coffee⁣
Grind on a medium-fine grind size⁣⁣
Dose 35g of ground coffee⁣⁣ through your coffee grinder
Fold filter paper⁣
Rinse into a separate vessel⁣
Weigh out 200g of ice in the vessel you will be brewing the V60 into.
Place V60 onto vessel containing 200g of ice⁣
Add 35g of ground coffee⁣
Pour 70g of 88°C⁣ filtered water⁣ starting in the center of the coffee bed and slowly drawing a spiral outwards. If you reach the edge pour your spiral inwardly, you want to draw a very, very fine spiral.
Leave to bloom for 45 seconds⁣
Slowly pour 230g of filtered water⁣ starting in the center of the coffee bed and slowly drawing a spiral outwards. If you reach the edge pour your spiral inwardly, you want to draw a very, very fine spiral.
Allow it to finish dripping and then serve.
