World of Coffee in Mailand 2022

World of Coffee in Milan 2022

We’re in Milan for the World of Coffee 2022! Find us at stand 55 in the roasters village.

We’ll be serving up two coffees on the espresso machine from the Sonora farm in Costa Rica. A farm we’ve had a strong relationship with for many years. We’ll serve up an SL28 and the unique varietal L9 these are two interesting varietals that are exceptional when grown in Costa Rica.

For those looking to try some exciting, complex and delicious filter coffee. We’re serving a Geisha from the La Esperanza farm, in
Colombia. This coffee has a great quality of fermentation done during the processing stage of its life and really brings out delicious complex tropical fruit notes and a tantalizing acidity.

Also serving another from El Diviso in Colombia. This is a Sidra varietal which is quite a rare varietal and has been processed with the honey method. This means the flesh of the fruit after the skin has been removed is left on the seed and dried slowly around the seed to add some delicate sweetness and vibrancy to this exclusive coffee.

It’s also an interesting opportunity to try a blend of the two coffees that could be regarded as polar opposites in regards for quality.
