When the going is good I run the 19 grams Chaussee Kitchen.
Where did you get your skills from? Did you teach yourself everything?
My Mum, my Nan, various scary chefs (including Chef Damon).
What should nobody know about you?
I drink extra hot decaf coffees.
When and why did you start working at 19grams?
A little over two years ago
Did you have any other job in coffee before?
I used to think I was a hip swivelling barista about 12 years ago, I swivelled round and saw the kitchen, never looked back
