De-pulping - Describes the process by which the coffee bean is separated from its pericarp.
They ignored my shipping date, the customer support lied to me about it then ghosted me (all my emails were polite, they just didn't care).
The coffee has no roasting date at all, only expiration date, which is unacceptable for specialty coffee - I understand giving an exact date is impossible but a range would be trivial.
Horrible experience all around, won't shop here again.
