Coffee cherry tea is a very special tea obtained from the pulp of the coffee cherry. It is also known as cascara or coffee cherry tea and has complex and fruity notes in taste.
In addition, the preparation of the coffee cherry significantly minimizes the loss of raw material: after harvesting, the coffee cherries are placed in the sun to dry.
