19grams is a specialty coffee brand from Berlin, founded in 2002. We are dedicated to international premium coffees and live coffee in all its facets. With our 19grams Cafés, the trade of coffee for companies and the online sale of Specialty Coffee, we are broadly positioned. We are a young, international team, with employees from over 20 countries and we are passionate about making our brand bigger and more successful.

As a member of our team, you can contribute your talent and skills in the field of e-commerce, both operationally and strategically. You will work as an e-commerce manager with a high level of personal responsibility along the entire value chain. Your tasks are to accompany the e-commerce platforms operationally in the day-to-day business, this includes the processes of digital customer acquisition, marketing campaigns, service processes, order control and billing processes.

Your tasks include:

Online Team:

Assisting in the expansion and successful operation of all distribution and sales channels in e-commerce (webshop/ Amazon, etc.) in the B2B and B2C environment.

Further development and optimisation of the usability of our website/webshops in terms of content and functionality

Creation of onsite and offsite campaigns to attract new customers and ensure a high level of customer loyalty

Preparation of reports and evaluations of our performance channels

Your profile

First professional experience in the e-commerce environment

Affinity for the topic of digital customer experience: from online awareness to transactions and after-sales communication

High affinity for online marketing, service processes, digital business models

Initial experience with shop, CMS and ERP systems

Basic HTML knowledge

Good knowledge of SEO, SEA and SMM

Independence and genuine enthusiasm for our product

Very good written and spoken English
