Accountant at 19grams

19grams is a Specialty Coffee brand from Berlin, founded in 2002. We are dedicated to international top-quality coffee and live coffee in all its facets. With our 19grams cafés, trading coffee for companies, and online sales of Specialty Coffee, we have a broad base. We are a young, international team, with employees from over 20 countries, and we are passionately working to make our brand bigger and more successful.

We are now looking for an energetic and passionate Accountant to manage our numbers and lead the accounting.

Your tasks include:

- Creation and maintenance of financial accounting in accordance with legal regulations

- Processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Monitoring of payment transactions

- Coordination of annual financial statements with tax consultants

- Budget planning and monitoring

- Analysis of financial key figures and reporting to the management

- Support in tax matters and financial strategies

Your profile:

- Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting or comparable qualification

- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company

- Sound knowledge of German tax law and HGB (German Commercial Code)

- Proficient use of DATEV

- Good knowledge of MS Excel

- Independent, structured, and precise way of working

- Team player and strong communicator

- Affinity for the coffee industry is an advantage
