Who do you ship with in Germany?

We ship with DHL and DPD - just choose in the checkout which shipping service provider you prefer and we will send your parcel accordingly.

Please note: If you have a Packstation, then you must choose DHL. Otherwise we can not send your parcel.

My parcel has not arrived, what can I do?

Please check the tracking and tracing system that you receive from us via e-mail first. If this does not help, send us an email to and we will try to help you as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time throughout Europe. Your delivery should be there within one week, depending on where you live.

Worldwide delivery times can vary significantly depending on where you live.

What are my advantages with a coffee subscription?

Simply have the coffee of your (or our) choice delivered to your door, when you want it and as much as you want! No minimum term and can be cancelled at any time.

How can I take out a subscription?

Please go to our coffee subscription page and choose what suits you best.

Is there a minimum order value for a coffee subscription?

A bag of coffee should be included in your subscription. We have no limits at the top! :)

How long does a coffee subscription last?

As long as you like. You can cancel at any time without any problems.

Can I give a subscription away?

Sure! Simply enter the recipient's address under 2nd invoice and delivery and you have the perfect gift for every coffee enthusiast.

Can I change my address?

At the moment you cannot change your address via your customer account, but we are working on it so that it will be possible soon. Please write to us at to inform us of a change of address.

How do I change my subscription?

Log in to your customer account on our website. Here you can see past orders and current/past subscriptions. You can make changes. If you would like to get coffee for others, please write to us at

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription. Simply log in with your email address and password and change your current subscription. You can also resume your subscription at any time.

I have to stop my subscription, how can I do that?

Pause or cancel your subscription via your customer account. Simply log on to our website with your e-mail address and password. Make the desired changes - done!

What are the shipping costs for subscription customers?

The shipping costs for the first delivery are 2.90 € (DPD) or 3.90 € (DHL), after that the delivery to Germany is free of charge.

How do I find my access data?

The access data to your customer account for our web shop are the e-mail address you entered during your last purchase and a password you have chosen.

I have forgotten my password. How can I access my account?

You can easily use the Forgot Password function to set a new password for your account.

I have a voucher - how can I redeem it?

You can simply redeem a voucher code in the checkout - just enter it in the discount field and that's it! :)

Can I combine a voucher code with a discount code?

No, unfortunately you have to choose one.

What advantages do I have as a newsletter subscriber?

As a newsletter subscriber you will receive all information first, but also exclusive discount codes and MORE! It will be worth it, I promise!

How can I cancel the newsletter?

You can unsubscribe in every e-mail by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button.

My coupon code no longer works, what can I do?

Each code can only be redeemed once. However, if you are sure that you have not used your code yet, please email us to and we will take care of the technical details.

What is the best way to store coffee?

It is best to leave the coffee in its original packaging. The re-sealable bag with the valve ensures that the coffee is stored in the best possible conditions and that the coffee retains its aromas for a, particularly long time.

We will give you several tips & tricks in this article.

Can coffee run off?

Coffee can at least lose its aromas. We, therefore, recommend that it is used up no later than 9 months after the roasting date. After that, you can still drink it without any problems, but it will not taste as good.

When was my coffee roasted?

The roasting date is printed on the back of your coffee bag. We roast fresh for you every week.

Which coffee do I use for my fully automatic coffee maker?

We recommend you use the coffee from our fully automatic coffee maker set. However, you can also use any other espresso. We don't recommend using filter roasts, as the short contact time with the coffee powder causes the coffee to develop many acids. With our espressos, you are always on the safe side as far as taste is concerned.

No worries, for the Edition 2020 we have limited ourselves to amazing coffees only. :)

What material are the tins made of?

These cans are made of 100% aluminium and are easy to reuse for all kinds of things at home.

I have a fully automatic machine, which Advent Calendar is best suited for me?

The Espresso roast Version is the best choice for a fully automatic machine. A lighter filter coffee roast would develop too many acidic flavours due to the short brewing time of about 30 seconds in the cup and would not taste as good.

How do I know which coffee is in the tin?

Why are there two different shipping dates for the Advent Calendar?

To provide you with the freshest and most flavourful coffees possible. As an Espresso Roast keeps its aromas a bit longer than a filter roast does, we roast and ship this first.
