About this coffee

Our Decaf Espresso comes from the Quindio region of Western Colombia.
The washed Arabica beans from the varietals Caturra and Castillo were cultivated by several small scale farmers in this region.

The beans are decaffeinated through the Swiss Water Process. This technology does not use any kind of chemical agent to extract caffeine from the beans. The decaffeinating process relies on osmosis and solubility characteristics of coffee beans.

Our decaf espresso has a round body with notes of sweet figs and chocolate, making it perfect for any brewing method.
